Costa Rica - Natural
No artificial ingredients
Costa Rica is the hot area for eco-tourism. This is a lush, tropical and very beautiful country with no artificial ingredients added. It is also a small country, only 150 miles wide and 250 miles long. There are 6 different climate zones filled with incredible natural beauty, including stunning beaches, deserts, rainforests, mountains, volcanoes and exotic wildlife. Visitors will not find skyscrapers here, only a modern hotel infrastructure. The people speak English and have one of the highest literacy rates in the world; making all guests feel safe and comfortable.
San Jose is the capitol and the starting point for most journeys here. This city has all the conveniences of any modern city, including museums, restaurants, and nightlife. From here you can take day trips to Irazu volcano, the butterfly gardens or go white water rafting.
The Caribbean and Central Pacific side of Costa Rica have great beaches, surfing, banana plantations, sea turtles and deluxe international hotels. Take a trip to Manuel Antonio Park for a canopy tour and to view the exotic wildlife.
The Northern Plain and Northern Pacific regions have a different kind of atmosphere. While there are still great beaches, you will find some of the most incredible rainforests in all of Central America. Here in Monteverde you can actually walk through the clouds, or do a zipline through the tops of the trees. The coast has beaches and some of the best deep sea fishing around. What about sitting in a hot spring and watch the spectacular nighttime explosion of the Arenal volcano? There are not many places in the world where you can do that. Costa Rica is naturally, a wonderful destination.
